GreyHair Care Foundation creates awareness and strives to advance knowledge and strengthen the skills of anyone who work with and on behalf of older adults in Nigeria.

STRATEGIC PLAN AND PRIORITIES FOR 2024-2034
Our strategic plan envisions that by 2034 GREYHAIR will expand its engagement in policy development and advocacy as one of the country’s leading aging sector advocates. We will lead on policy efforts related to the following
- We shall provide direct support in form of personal care and rehabilitation for the elderly through our Adult Reception Centre
- We shall provide policy advocacy , community awareness creation about aging and its associated old age related illnesses, its early warning signs and its management
- We shall carry out Policy Recommendations and Advocacy that shall encourage government to advance the UN Convention on Rights of Older Persons especially on the issue of pension and retirement benefits.
- We shall design year-round educational programs and initiatives to promote and engage in age-related training and certifications (such as for all healthcare providers), to increase knowledge of the aging process and teach people how to work with and care for older adults.
- We shall provide leadership in expanding broadband infrastructure investments and opportunities for greater digital equity efforts getting older adults to benefit from the digital literacy programs that are age-inclusive, teach basic technical skills useful to navigate social media, fintech, telehealth and other lifesaving resources for the benefit of older adults in Nigeria.
